Join me on the mat 7- 8pm Wednesday evenings at Infinity Dance, Springhead, for a series of Yin yoga sessions that will support and nourish our bodies.
Through our practice of physical postures, breathing, relaxation/meditation we can cultivate a healthy body and a calm and focussed mind. We’ll work through a sequence of floor based poses, designed to gently open the whole body, get our energy moving, improve our circulation and help support our nervous system and digestive health.
