Restorative Yin & Sound Healing Immersion

Join Louise & Loraine for a dreamy 1.5 hr Yin and Sound immersion to unwind your body and soothe your mind. This highly therapeutic session integrates a live Sound Healing experience with a gentle & restorative Yin Yoga practice to facilitate deep release; balancing your energy & helping you to immerse into deep relaxation. Through gentle, long-held poses and the healing vibrations of sound you will release tension, improve energy flow, restore balance and feel a sense of harmony return to the body.

Wear comfy layered clothing and feel free to bring additional pillows and blankets.

This will be held 7 - 8.30pm at the Infinity Dance studio in Springhead.

All yoga mats and props will be provided, however please feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
