This highly therapeutic session integrates Reiki energy healing with a gentle Yin Yoga practice to facilitate deep release; balancing your energy & helping you to immerse into relaxation. Through gentle, long-held restorative yin poses and the calming flow of Reiki energy, you’ll release tension, restore balance, and feel a sense of harmony return. This session is suitable for beginners.

I attended the Friday night workshop which incorporated yin yoga and reiki. This for me was a unique healing experience. The positions on the mat using bolsters helped balance my body. Louise has a gentle calming way of delivering the practice. The addition of Michaela’s healing hands harmonised each area she touched. I left the session with a total sense of well being which continued into the following day. I can highly recommend these sessions.

Join me on the mat 7- 8pm Wednesday evenings at Infinity Dance, Springhead,  for a series of  Yin yoga sessions that will support and nourish our bodies. 

Through our practice of physical postures, breathing, relaxation/meditation we can cultivate a healthy body and a calm and focussed mind. We’ll work through a sequence of floor based poses, designed to gently open the whole body,  get our energy moving, improve our circulation and help support our nervous system and digestive health. 

We’ll work through: 
* Opening the hips
* Releasing the lower back
* Nourishing the adrenal glands
* Letting go of old, stuck emotions
* Opening up the meridians

This class is suitable for beginners.
